The Jazz Meet

Pinch and a punch… and a new month means a new poster for The Jazz Meet. This one was done with Estonian illustrator Triinu Lille.

Musical changes

The flyers and posters keep coming (and long may that continue!) but there has been a few recent amends to make… The Jazz Meet now has a new venue – Floripa – but the design stays roughly the same. The night itself, however, is seeing the move as just one part of an evolution involving [...]

On the right track

The latest issue of The Victorian magazine – issue 39 – is at the printers and will be out soon. This issue is in fact the twentieth issue Made In Earnest has designed and, even if I say so myself, it is looking good.

The Jazz Meet

When I last posted about The Jazz Meet I mentioned that the venture might becoming a weekly one – this has now happened and as such the look for the event has had to change accordingly. May and June’s flyers are shown below, along with the new reverse for the generic flyer which you may [...]

SPILL: On Agency

As the 2011 SPILL Festival has just finished this seems like an appropriate time to post about SPILL: On Agency, a book of writing, thinking and conversation on and around the SPILL Festival of Performance which I designed last year. The book (114 pages of 185mm x 235mm), edited by Robert Pacitti and Sheila Ghelani, [...]
